Nestled in the heart of a green setting, the gîte "La Douce Heure Angevine" ideally located in the heart of Anjou, will allow you to explore our magnificent region and thus discover the Angevin art of living and our exceptional living environment.
You will have direct access to hiking trails for walks in the heart of nature at the Parc des Garennes, to reach a magical picnic spot on the banks of the Loire or to go running for sports enthusiasts.
The cottage provides access to a large swimming pool heated in summer as well as a jacuzzi heated to 36° all year round.
A real treat for everyone, even in winter, or to relax after a day's work!
Welcome home!
After many trips to discover the wonders of the world, we decided to open this cozy cottage and share with pleasure our little corner of paradise, well-being and tranquility a stone's throw from the Loire. We will try to be the best possible advice to guide you in your discoveries of the heritage of our beautiful region, whether olfactory, gustatory or visual.
We want the accommodation to satisfy you fully and for you to feel at home there.
Despite being discreet in our daily lives, we will nevertheless remain attentive to your needs and at your disposal during your stay. The assurance of a response or solution to any potential concerns during your stay.

A cosy cottage
The accommodation is on one level and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a bar in the dining area for 4 people.
The adjoining bedroom includes a Queen Size bed freshly made for your arrival and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The cottage is perfectly suited for 2 people or a family with one or two children.
Baby equipment is also available on request.

To enjoy the beautiful days and the beautiful summer evenings, your accommodation gives you access to a private terrace. You can have your breakfast or an aperitif in peace with parasol, table, chairs, garden furniture and barbecue!

A haven of greenery
The cottage is located on our property and therefore gives you access to a large wooded garden where there are games for children: slide, swing and trampoline.
You can also enjoy our large swimming pool in summer (heated from May to October) and a jacuzzi heated to 36° all year round.

Private parking is available on site.

But also a few km from large industrial companies such as Pasquier, Cointreau, Louis Vuitton, Eolane, Eram, Bodet, Scania, Isover, Vilmorin, Larivière, Dalkia Froid…
The house is equipped with fiber, and it is possible to work there remotely.
Reservation for one night possible outside summer periods and certain tourist periods.
